I forgot to add the most significant thing that happened at Women of Faith on Friday! Out of the 6,000 women that were there on Friday morning, I sat next to a woman who was a domestic violence survivor and currently going through a custody battle with her ex-husband. She is now spiritually where I was almost 3 years ago when I left my abuser: angry, bitter and confused. God was able to use me to speak encouragement to her and she said, at one point, "I really needed to hear that. Thank you for being an encouragement to me."
Isn't it awesome when God puts us in places to be of ministry?! God gives us opportunity to use our experiences to bless others....that is simply awesome and incredibly humbling!
